Men's Tennis Goes 2-0 Over the Weekend with 5-2 Win over NKU

In doubles, Xavier picked up a win on the No. 3 court, with Samuel Frizelle and Bode Campbell combining for the 6-2 victory. NKU picked up a 6-3 win over Nick Herdoiza and Max Pettingell on the No. 1 court and then the Norse clinched the point with a 7-6 (7) win over Alex Kotarski and Andrew Spurck on the No. 2 court.
Kyle Totorica picked up a 6-1, 6-2 win on the No. 6 court to tie the match at 1-1. Andrew Spurck picked up a 6-1, 6-4 win on the No. 4 court to give Xavier the lead, 2-1.
NKU took No. 1 singles, 6-3, 6-2 against Max Pettingell to pick up a second point. Lukas Grossman won No. 5, 6-2, 6-2, to make it a 3-2 Xavier lead, and Alex Kotarski won on court No. 2, 6-4, 6-2, to clinch the match for Xavier.
Samuel Frizelle won on No. 3, 7-6 (6), 4-6, 1-0 (10-7), to pick up the final point and set the score at 5-2.
