Austin Lane is in his first season as Director of Baseball Operations after serving as a student assistant on the staff for the past two seasons.
Lane came to Xavier from Valley View, Ohio after a decorated high school career as a pitcher. He has made his mark working with Coach Otte and the Xavier pitching staff, while contributing to the program in many other ways.
Lane graduated from Xavier in 2016 with a degree in business.
