Prior to Xavier
A starting striker for Howard High, Boyer led the Lions to a 4A Regional Championship for the first time in 22 years. He scored 12 goals in 17 matches and was chosen First Team All-County. As a club player, Boyer was a 2014 USYSA U-16 National Champion with Baltimore Celtic. He was also recruited by Ohio State and Dayton.
