Connor Gearhart joined the sports medicine staff as an intern in July of 2017 before being promoted to assistant athletic trainer in July of 2019. He works with the men's soccer, track and field and golf programs.
Prior to Xavier, he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Illinois State from 2015-17. He was one of the primary athletic trainers for the football program.
Gearhart was an undergraduate student athletic trainer at Oklahoma State from 2012-15, working primarily with the football and women's soccer programs. He also completed rotations at local high schools and physical therapy clinics.
The Stillwater, Okla., native holds a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State ('15) and a master's degree from Illinois State ('17).
Gearhart is a State of Ohio licensed athletic trainer and a certified professional rescuer through the American Red Cross.
