Mill joins the Musketeers after one year as a student-athlete at Regis University following two years at University of Colorado - Colorado Springs.
In 2022, Mill saw a record season at UCCS as an attack where she earned US All-American Honorable Mention, RMAC All-Tournament Team honors, and All-RMAC First Team honors. She led the RMAC in goals per game (3.50), points per game (5.00), and shots per game (7.75), while also finishing fourth in the RMAC in assists per game (1.50). The attack set the program's single-game records in points (11), shots (20), and shots on goal (18), and tied the record for most goals scored in a game with eight in a victory over Westminster on April 30, 2022. She saw action and scored in all 12 games the Mountain Lion's played.

Prior to UCCS, Miller saw two years at Stetson where she earned 2019 ASUN All-Freshman Team honors.

Mill gained prominent coaching experience at the club and high school levels in Colorado. She worked with Team 180 from fall 2022 through summer 2023, True Colorado from summer 2020 through spring 2023, and Mullen High School in the spring of 2021.

The Parker, Colo., native holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs ('22). She is currently pursing a master's in organizational leadership from Regis University.
