
Men's Tennis Sends Seniors Off With Victory Against Butler

CINCINNATI – The Xavier men's tennis team honored its seniors today as XU defeated BIG EAST foe Butler in its final match of the regular season. The Musketeers got off to a quick start, obtaining the doubles point with wins at the no. 2 and 3 spots before ramping up the skill to tack on three more victories in singles for a 4-1 win at home.
The men's tennis team will be back in action April 28-May 1 at the BIG EAST Championship. Play will be held at the Cayce Tennis & Fitness Center in Cayce, S.C. More information regarding the BIG EAST tournament will be available on GoXavier.com and BIGEAST.com.
