Xavier Travels to Chicago to Face BIG EAST Rival DePaul

CINCINNATI- Xavier men's tennis will travel to Chicago to face BIG EAST rival DePaul in a conference match at 8:15 p.m. on Friday at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness.

The Musketeers are on a two-match win streak, defeating Villanova and Eastern Kentucky last weekend. Xavier swept Villanova, 7-0, winning every singles match and two-of-three doubles matches.

Xavier won three singles matches and secured two doubles wins against Eastern Kentucky. Senior Connor LaFavre was the only Musketeer to win every singles and doubles match he competed in this weekend. The Musketeers advanced to 4-12 on the season.

Xavier faced DePaul last April, where DePaul won 2-5. The Blue Demons are 12-8 on the season, coming off a three-match losing streak.
