Xavier Hosts Its Final Home Game Of 2019 On Wednesday Night

Musketeers look to bounce back from tough loss at Wake Forest.
CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 9-2, return to Cintas Center on Wednesday night to host the Western Carolina University Catamounts, 7-2 and winners of five straight games, in the final home game of 2019. This game is now part of the Skip Prosser Classic brand. WCU's second-year head coach Mark Prosser is one of the late Skip Prosser's two sons.

• Xavier junior Jason Carter, the only non-returnee in the starting lineup, has started each of the last 10 games.
• Xavier freshman Zach Freemantle, who blocked five shots in the win over UConn in Charleston, tied for team-high honors with 15 points vs. Lipscomb on Nov. 30.
