What's New for the 2020-21 Season

Xavier has announced changes to men's and women's basketball gamedays
CINCINNATI - In advance of the home opener on Wednesday, Xavier Athletics has announced changes to men's and women's basketball gamedays for this season. As announced last Tuesday, the season will begin with a maximum of 300 fans in attendance for home games at Cintas Center.
The health and safety of student-athletes, coaching staff, event staff and fans is of the highest priority. To those ends, Xavier has taken the following measures to maintain a safe environment for everyone:

- Masks will be required of all staff and fans at all times when inside Cintas Center, except when actively eating or drinking.
- All fans will be seated in blocks of 2-4 seats with their party. Each block of seats will be distanced a minimum of 6 feet from others.
- No courtside seating will be available.
- The first 6 rows of the seating bowl will not be sold to maintain a minimum 12 foot perimeter between the participants and fans.
- Social distancing measures will be put in place and enforced around the entrances, concessions stands and restrooms.
- Doors Open - Doors will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. This is a change from the 90 minutes from previous seasons.
- Clear Bag Policy - In an effort to enhance public safety, Cintas Center will be moving to a clear bag policy. For a list of prohibited and approved bags, click here.
- 50/50 Raffle – The All For One Fund 50/50 Raffle presented by Skyline Chili is now online! Tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. for all men's basketball games, home and away, at GoXavier.com/5050 and closes at midnight. The winning number will be announced at noon the following day. Ohio residents only, must be 18 years or older to play.
- Xavier Fan Cutouts – Due to capacity limitations, fans can still secure their seat in Cintas Center with a Xavier Fan Cutout! Orders will be taken all season long at GoXavier.com/Cutouts.
- Digital Game Program – Game programs will now be available online for fans to access at home and in the arena. Fans can access the program online at GoXavier.com/Publications.
- Virtual Gameday – Fans can participate in the gameday experience at home with the Xavier Musketeers Gameday App. Open the "Virtual Gameday" card in the app to access the light show, complete with the intro video and starting lineup, as if you are at Cintas Center. Make sure you have push notifications turned on in the app and follow @XavierGameday on Twitter for all things gameday this season.
- Mobile Ticketing - As announced in August, mobile ticketing will be utilized for all tickets this season. For more information and frequently asked questions, visit GoXavier.com/MobileTicketing.
- Xavier Gameday App – Fans can access all things Xavier Athletics with the official Xavier Musketeers Gameday App. The app will provide live stats, schedules, coupons from sponsors and more. Fans should sign up for push notifications to not miss any information. Make sure you have the app downloaded in advance of Wednesday
- DJ Bandcamp Returns – Xavier Athletics is excited to announce that DJ Bandcamp is back for another season. Bandcamp is one of the most sought after DJ's, touring with national recording artists, appearing on national TV, and performing as the official DJ for the Indiana Pacers.
