Men's Tennis Falls at Youngstown State

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Xavier men's tennis fell on the road, 5-2, at Youngstown State on Sunday afternoon. Xavier picked up a pair of doubles wins to secure the point, and Brett Winters picked up a second win for the day in the No. 1 spot. Xavier is now 1-2 on the season.
Xavier is back in action on Sunday, February 28, traveling to face Toledo at 2:00 p.m.
Xavier took the doubles points with wins in the No. 1 spot for Brett Winters and Cambell Nakayama, 6-4, and a 6-3 win in the No. 3 spot for Aaron Thompson and Matthew Graft.
Brett Winters picked up the second point for the Musketeers, with a 6-3, 2-6, 7-6 (5) win in the No. 1 spot.
Youngstown State took the other five singles spots, taking a 6-1, 7-6 (3) win over Srdan Pejic in the No. 2 spot, and a 6-3, 6-3 win over Matthew Graft in the No. 3 spot.
YSU also picked up wins in the No. 4 spot over Cambell Nakayama (6-2, 2-6, 6-2), in the No. 5 spot over Shashank Reddy (6-1, 6-2), and the No. 6 spot over Aaron Thompson (6-0, 6-0).
