Musketeers collect over 20 wins in three days of action

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Xavier women's tennis combined for over 20 wins at this weekend's Hoosier Classic, facing off against the host Indiana Hoosiers, Purdue, NKU and MTSU.

In the first day of singles, Xavier collected five singles wins, for Imani Graham, Abigail Siminski and Emily Flowers against Purdue, and wins against NKU for Paulina Franco Martinessi, and MTSU for Blessing Nwaozuzu. The Musketeers combined to win five of six doubles matches on day one as well.

Imani Graham, Emily Flowers, Paulina Franco Martinessi and Blessing Nwaozuzu each picked up a second singles win on day two, with Abby Nugent picking up a singles win as well. The Musketeers went 5-of-6 in doubles action on the second day, with the duos of Imani Graham and Kat Lyman, as well as Abby Nugent and Abigail Siminski each picking up a third doubles win as a pair for the tournament.

Xavier closed out the final day with four more singles wins, picked up by Imani Graham, Emily Flowers, Blessing Nwaozuzu and Abigail Siminski.
