Women's Tennis Takes 7-0 Sweep of Marquette

Emily Flowers and Natalie Smitek took a 6-0 win on the No. 3 court in the first double decision, and Abby Nugent and Clara Owen combined to take a 6-3 win in No. 1 doubles to clinch the point.
Madeleine Rexroat made it a 2-0 lead with a 6-1, 6-1 win on the No. 2 court, and a 6-2, 6-1 win for Ella DeFord on the No. 4 court made it a 3-0 lead. Emily Flowers clinched the match at 4-0 with a 6-1, 6-4 win on the No. 3 court.
Abby Nugent picked up a come-back win on court No. 1, 6-7 (4), 7-6 (7), 10-6. Abigail Siminski took a 6-2, 6-0 win on the No. 6 court, and Natalie Smitek completed the sweep with a 6-4, 6-3 win on the No. 5 court.
