D'urso, Musketeers Post 1-0 Shutout at Marquette

MILWAUKEEÂ - Xavier men's soccer picked up its first conference win of the season on Friday night, posting a 1-0 shutout at Marquette at Valley Fields.
The Musketeers improve to 4-3-2 (1-1-1 BIG EAST), while the Golden Eagles drop to 4-3-2 (0-3-0 BIG EAST). Following results around the BIG EAST on Friday night, the Musketeers moved into second place in the Midwest Division Standings.

- Freshman Ryan D'urso scored his first career goal vs the Golden Eagles. The assist by Cannon Scretchen was his first of the season and the second of his career.

- Xavier has now won three straight road games at Marquette, moving to 4-5 all-time vs the Golden Eagles in Milwaukee.
- John Higgins has posted a 26-16-20 (9-8-12 BIG EAST) record in four seasons at Xavier. His teams have posted 27 shutouts in 62 matches.
