Men's Basketball Continues The Homestand On Thursday Night Vs. Le Moyne

The contest is the second of a three-game homestand to open the season.
CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 1-0, host the Le Moyne College Dolphins, 1-0, on Thursday night at 7 p.m. at Cintas Center. This marks first meeting between the two programs.
Xavier placed four players in double figures in scoring in their Monday win over Marist.

• Xavier opened the Richard Pitino era with a 66-62 win over Marist on Monday. Senior Malik Messina-Moore led four XU double-figure scorers with 16 points, while sophomore Jovan Milićević scored 10 of his 14 points in the second half and sophomore All Wright scored 11 of his 14 points in the second half.
• Xavier has now won 36 straight regular season openers (35 at home, including the last 27). XU has won all 26 season openers at Cintas Center.
• Xavier returns no scholarship letterwinners for the first time in school history. XU made the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
