The forward joins the Musketeers from Indiana State
CINCINNATI - Xavier head women's basketball coach Billi Chambers has added Savannah White to the 2025-26 roster. The 6-foot-2 guard/forward joins the Musketeers from Indiana State.
"Savannah brings great size, IQ and athleticism to our program," said Chambers. "Her ability to rebound and push in transition will help us improve our pace of play, while her relentless shot blocking ability will keep us in line with our 'defense first' philosophy. She is a versatile player who will make an immediate impact and we are thrilled to have her in a Xavier uniform."
White played in 31 games, making 25 starts last season for the Sycamores. She averaged 6.9 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. White added 32 steals, ranking third on the team.
The St. Paul, Minn., native led the team in blocks (51), while ranking 62nd in the NCAA. She ranked fourth in the Missouri Valley Conference in blocks. White helped the Sycamores rank first in the MVC and 69th in the NCAA in blocks per game (3.9).
White started her playing career at Wisconsin. She played in six games during the 2022-23 season for the Badgers.
