Women's Tennis Takes 7-0 Sweep of Northern Kentucky

Xavier will travel to Nashville next weekend for a pair of matches, taking on Vanderbilt on Friday, Feb. 20, set for a 12 p.m. ET start. The Musketeers will then face Lipscomb on Saturday, Feb. 21, set for a12:30 p.m. ET start. If the match is moved indoors due to weather, it will be moved to Vanderbilt's indoor facility.
Xavier picked up all three doubles decisions, with Abby Nugent and Clara Owen taking the 6-2 win on the No. 1 court, Ella DeForda and Madeleine Rexroat taking No. 2 doubles, 6-1, and Emily Flowers and Ellie Brotherton taking a 6-1 win on No. 3.
Abby Nugent picked up her third singles win of the season on the No. 1 court, 7-5, 6-3.
Madeleine Rexroat took No. 2 singles, 6-1, 6-3, and Emily Flowers took a 6-3, 6-3 win on the No. 3 court.
Ella DeFord picked up a win on the No. 4 court, 6-1, 6-0, her second of her freshman season.
Clara Owen claimed No. 5 singles with a 6-2, 6-1, victory and Abigail Siminski took a 6-2, 6-2 win on the No. 6 court.
