Women's Tennis Moves on to BIG EAST Semifinals with 4-0 Win Over Seton Hall

Musketeers face No. 5 seed UConn at 1 PM on Saturday
The top-seeded Musketeers now advance to face No. 5 seed UConn in the BIG EAST Semifinals, set for a 1:00 p.m. start on Saturday.
The Musketeers picked up the doubles point behind victories from Abby Nugent and Clara Owen on the No. 1 court, 6-2, and a 6-3 win for Ella DeFord and and Madeleine Rexroat on the No. 2 court.
In singles competition, Xavier delivered a trio of dominant straight-set victories.
Clara Owen took the first singles decision, a 6-2, 6-0 win on the No. 5 court, and Abby Nugent defeated Farrakhova at No. 1 singles, 6-1, 6-2, to make it a 3-0 Xavier lead.
Ella DeFord defeated May at No. 4 singles, 6-2, 6-3, to clinch the match at 4-0 for the Musketeers.
