Laurie Waters joins the Musketeers in the role of Director of Operations, coming to Xavier from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.
Waters, a 2015 graduate of Hendrix and former member of the Hendrix team, joined head coach the women's soccer staff in September 2015 as an assistant.
During her time there, Hendrix broke the program record with 11 victories in 2016. In 2015, Waters helped Hendrix tie the school record with 10 victories.
Waters, from Rome, Ga., played in 66 career games as a midfielder at Hendrix. She made 34 starts and scored one goal with three assists and took 20 shots with eight on goal.
Waters graduated from Hendrix in 2015 with a degree in Allied Health.
