Kaitlyn Jones

Kaitlyn Jones joined Xavier's staff as the Director of Player Analysis/Operations prior to the 2021 season. She also currently serves as a coach for the Cincinnati United club program.
Prior to coming to Xavier, Jones was the head coach for Berkshire Soccer Academy for Girls in Massachusetts. She also served as a volunteer student-assistant for the women's soccer program at Westminster College from September 2019 to May 2021, moving into the role after her career as student-athlete at Westminster was cut short due to injury.
Jones also played on the semi-pro level for the Florida Tropics in Lakeland, Fla., from 2017-19.
Jones, who is originally from Bradenton, Fla., earned a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Management from Westminster College in May 2021, and is currently pursuing a Master's of Education in Coaching Education and Athlete Development from Xavier.
