Men's Tennis Defeats NKU in First Win of Season

THE MATCH |
In doubles, the Norse opened the match with a victory in the No. 2 spot, defeating Jan Vrba and Michael Lee. Xavier grabbed the doubles point after securing the next two doubles points. In the No. 1 spot, Brett Winters and Srdan Pejic defeated NKU, 7-5, while Shashank Reddy and Matthew Graft won the No. 3 spot, 7-6 (0-3).
In singles, NKU took the No. 3 spot, 6-2, 6-2, over Matthew Graft. Shashank Reddy secured a singles point for the Musketeers after defeating Anthony Bosch of NKU, 6-1, 6-2. NKU took the No. 4 spot over Jan Vrba, and Xaver responded with a victory in the No. 1 spot after Brett Winters secured a 6-2, 3-6, 6-2 win. Xavier captured the win with a 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 comeback victory courtesy of Srdan Pejic in the No. 2 spot.
