CINCINNATI -Â Xavier men's soccer and Butler played to a 1-1 tie on Wednesday night at Corcoran Field.
Xavier moved to 6-3-4 (3-1-2 BIG EAST), while the Bulldogs moved to 2-6-5 (1-2-3 BIG EAST).
Xavier remains in first place in the Midwest Division of the BIG EAST Men's Soccer Standings.

• Xavier held a 15-9 advantage in shots and took seven more shots on goal (9-2). The Musketeers also took one more corner kick (6-5) than the Bulldogs.
• Butler committed four more fouls (14-10) than Xavier and had one more yellow card (4-3). Both teams were called offsides once.
• Guilherme Vivaldini scored his second goal of the season vs the Bulldogs. Both of his goals this season have come via penalty kick (also scored vs Marquette on Oct. 7).
