Xavier plays Vanderbilt in a final tune-up before their season finale this weekend.

CINCINNATI - The Xavier women's lacrosse team returns to non-conference action for one final match up with Vanderbilt. First draw is set for 1:00 p.m. EST in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Musketeers enter the contest at 1-12 with an 0-5 BIG EAST record after dropping a 24-8 game at UConn last weekend. The Commodores are currently 7-8 and 2-3 in the AAC coming off of a 20-6 non-conference win over Lindenwood last week.

Brooke Baker was just named the AAC Midfielder of the Week after a five-goal performance along with a ground ball, a draw control and a caused turnover against Lindenwood.
Kemper Robinson was named the Preseason Midfielder of the Year.
Baker and Robinson along with Maddie Barkate, Molly Finlay and Alex Gladding were all named to the AAC Preseason All-Conference Team.
Jamie Biskup leads the team with 38 goals and 17 assists.
The Musketeers are 0-1 all time against the Commodores after a 19-6 loss at home last season.

2025 schedule notes

The Musketeers were picked to finish seventh in the BIG EAST preseason poll.
Xavier faced Duke, Bucknell, South Florida and Gardner-Webb for the first time in program history.
The Musketeers play opponents from six conferences outside of the BIG EAST.
Xavier faced two teams who reached the NCAA Tournament last season, including Duke and BIG EAST foe Denver.
Denver was ranked No. 23 in the IWLCA Preseason Poll while Duke checked in at No. 25.
